This is a self-portrait as I see myself as a tumbleweed, never staying too long in one place and always willing to go where the wind takes me. Like most tumbleweed, there have been times where I get hung up until the wind changes or something knocks me onto a new path.
I’ve tried to live for now with the understanding that the price for this is the consequence, and many who know me will say I pay without regret. The barren landscape and sky reflect this, as does the fact there is only one lone tumbleweed and that is already exiting the frame.
I’m not saying I won’t finally get hung up in one final location but this is me.
