I supply only my original art and my own digital images.
Working with you is important to me, hence a dialogue is required to finalise any original art sales.
A Certificate of authenticity will be provided with all original art.

All original art is dispatched by a reputable and reliable packaging and courier service. A tracking number is provided when the order ships. Shipping is insured with cover against loss and damage in transit.
Delivery time is dependent on the delivery location. You will be provided with the tracking number and status.
For International (outside UK) shipping costs – You will need to contact me to arrange a delivery location. Once a sale is agreed a shipping quote will be requested from a reputable and reliable packaging and courier service. On completion of the quote the sale price will be revised to include an element or all of the shipping where it is deemed appropriate. When the final sale and shipping price is agreed, and payment received, shipping will be confirmed. Delivery Times are dependent on delivery location. You will be provided with the tracking number and status. I cannot refund shipping charges.
Art has value. Many Galleries reproduce well-known and popular images that are not their own. All my works, projects and ideas are produced by myself, which I feel is important. I do not copy the works and techniques of other artists that are popular today with some people within the painting field. This is critical in terms of both artistic and investment value, as items created by copyists have no value as works of art and do not differ in any way from fakes and counterfeits and are treated in the same way by the artistic community. This is why each of my paintings is signed and a certificate of authenticity is dispatched with it.
Payments and invoices are via a Business PayPal Account when purchased direct. Payment is due before shipment.
What is not included:
Import duty, tax, inspection fee or any other customs related charges that may apply – these would need to be paid by the receiver
Original Art Returns & Refunds
Return and refund requests must be submitted within the return period listed below:
Original Artwork: Seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery
Return and refund requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted
Return shipments must be arranged through a reputable shipping agent and shipped to their specifications for packaging art and must include all accompanying certificates received with the order
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original art refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork
All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing for relevant country exchange rates
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, damaged, or altered in any capacity after purchase

Any guarantees or warranties offered: The artist retains all copyright and can reproduce sold art and photographs as prints. Original art dimensions are approximate. True image quality of the final product is not always truly reflected via images on the web page and so may vary to expectations. i.e., a photograph does not always show the true detail of a painting. Changing the original art size to a different digital print size (length and width) may cause some cropping and or distortion of the original image. Items are purchased at the purchaser’s own risk. Timelines for delivery and any queries: Shipping and response times will vary as each is organized to individual customer requirements and the size and weight of the product to be shipped.. The term of the agreement and what notice is required to get out of it: Each transaction is individual and final once payment is made.
